Libraries
The campus library system consists of the main Doe Library, the Moffitt Undergraduate Library, 24 branch libraries - including the Long Business and Economics library, and many special libraries. The combined holdings of the libraries exceed 9 million volumes. In addition, the campus maintains an efficient exchange arrangement with the Stanford University library and with other libraries in the University of California system. The Economics Department also maintains a lending library containing more than 1,100 books, 12 ongoing journal collections, and approximately 50 working paper collections from numerous institutions.
Computing Facilities
An impressive array of campus computing facilities assist users in instructional and research computing. In addition to the extensive computing facilities provided to the entire campus, the Economics Department has its own independent computing system that can operate separately or with direct links to other computers on campus. The Department maintains its own set of programs for econometric analysis, and has permanent consultants to aid students with computer related problems. For more detailed information please visit the Departmental Computing Resources page.
